Morpheus.Network (MNW)

Morpheus Network (MNW)
Summary
Morpheus.Network aims to disrupt the $15 Trillion USD supply chain industry by utilizing blockchain to make logistics a more streamlined and secure process. The project was originally created in April 2016 by Dan Weinberger and Noam Eppel, who laid the initial groundwork for establishing a full-service, global supply chain platform on a distributed ledger. Since inception, Morhpeus has joined numerous business partnerships/alliances including WINJIT, Blockchain in Transport Alliance, Accesspay, Chainlink and Ink Protocol, SAP, IBM, etc.
Along with the impressive partnerships, Morpheus has developed a team of experts with significant experience in blockchain, shipping and compliance, web and blockchain security, and many others. In 2017, Morpheus brought on Roger Crook, ex-CEO of DHL as a lead advisor, who eventually transitioned to become the team lead for global logistics.
Contrary to the meme coins and junk floating around since the recent bull market, Morpheus aims to tackle real world issues, with real solutions that help mitigate supply chain risk and allow for trusted global operations.
Jonathan Byrnes, Senior lecturer for MIT's Center for Transportation and Logistics said that "Many supply chains are perfectly suited to the business's needs 20 years ago."
Additionally, it was found that over 50% of organizations have yet to prepare a definitive plan for supply chain digitization.
Evolving global factors and geopolitics are causing many risks and potential supply chain bottlenecks to continue.
U.S port congestion dude to increased Chinese output and port worker labor negotiations
Russia-Ukraine conflict causing increased congestion issues
Limitations on airfreight transportation over Russian airspace
Past and future COVID-19 lockdowns, reducing manufacturing output and human labor
This list above highlights the main issues effecting supply chains today, but overtime, industries such as Metals and Mining, Chemicals Supply and Semiconductors may also suffer.
Morpheus has developed a modern solution to help manage supply chains through:
Automation
Integrations
Multi-Flow Payments
Layering Technology
$MNW is a "value" based utility within the Morpheus. Network that is used for transaction fees to fuel the automation process.
Utility
Morpheus.Network has a clear cut utility and overarching goal to help digitize the global supply chain and in a way, provide a "hedge" against future disruptions we are seeing in the world today.
Additionally, Morpheus offers a platform demonstration, which is rarely seen within the crypto ecosystem and further exemplifies real-world utility.
As a retail investor, the tokens utility is non-existent, but can ultimately act as a store of value as more companies start using $MNW to power smart-contracts, inherently increasing the price.
Aside from price increases and making a quick buck, Morpheus is tackling real world issues that are extremely important towards creating a supply chain system that delivers equitable and efficient global trade solutions. This is something I can get behind, regardless of price.

Roadmap
Morpheus.Network has a clear Roadmap that spans from Early 2016 to 2024.
The current goals for the company are to to "Scale to Product-Market-Fit", essentially increasing product satisfaction in order to create strong market demand. This is ultimately the first step to building real-world utility and providing a solution that is no longer a concept.
With goals of further expansion including Value Added Resellers (VAR) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) that are able to integrate Morpheus with their solutions.
Three Main Goals:
Increasing Customers
Increasing Transactions
Increasing Revenue
8.6
Partners
Morpheus has an extensive list of partners and integrations.
Some of the partners include but not limited to:
Geeq- to help accelerate adoption of blockchain enabled supply chain logistics
IOTEX- help increase value and transparency to time-sensitive global trade
Densa.IO - help provide more visibility, automation and efficiency
Morpheus also has 100+ integrations which allow for seamless bank settlements, and allow for the "layering" of other blockchain technologies to be included.
Some of the integrations include but not limited to:
DHL
FedEx
Ripple
UPS
Oracle
Salesforce

Leadership/Management
When looking at what defines a good leadership/management team, I look for overall experience and diversity of background. Morpheus has a group of individuals that come from various sectors and Fortune 500 companies. Aside from from that, many of the leaders have direct experience working in global trade and logistics, which helps position Morpheus with solid connections and relevant expertise.
9.8
Ecosystem
Contrary to most crypto ecosystems that revolve around introducing Dapp after Dapp with little to no immediate utility, Morpheus is focusing its attention on one initiative: to revolutionize the archaic supply chain industry with blockchain technology.
Aside from continuing to build partners and integrations, Morpheus needs to continue its growth trajectory and become a trusted solution in order for the ecosystem to grow.
